Rates & Insurance

We are a private pay practice. That is a deliberate choice. It means your care is shaped by what you actually need, not by what an insurance company will approve.

No session caps. No pressure to fit your healing into a billing code. No diagnosis sitting on your insurance record.

Just focused, specialist care from clinicians who practice at the top of their training.

We accept all Credit Cards, including Visa Debit & Mastercard Debit. No cash, cheque, Zelle, or third party app.

Out-Of-Network & Superbills

We are happy to support clients with out-of-network benefits. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, we will provide you a Superbill (detailed receipt) upon request, and you can submit this to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.

Therapy Sessions

$180 to $275 per standard session, depending on your clinician. Our rates reflect each clinician’s training and experience.

Newer clinicians and Intern therapists offer the same, brain-based approaches at a more accessible rate starting at $150 - always with the same, high standard of care. There may be a waitlist for accessible rates - contact us to inquire.

• 50-60min standard session

Intensives

Available with our senior clinicians for clients who want accelerated, focused work. This can include EMDR, Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), or even initial assessment and treatment combined into one session.

• 75-150min intensive session (pro-rated)
