Our Approach
Brainspotting
Therapy
01
Brainspotting therapy is a brain-based therapy that uses your eyeline positioning to locate and pinpoint the root of your trauma or stuckness. This method has been scientifically proven effective and can even be less invasive than EMDR therapy.
The eye position that is used to find the “brain spot” is held while the client processes what comes up for them, creating an incredible self-healing experience for the client. This activates the body's natural healing processes to clear the trauma from the nervous system. It works for a wide variety of issues and intensity.
This method also requires less prep time than EMDR, and can be used for a wide variety of issues. From a limiting belief, to a specific fear to a more significant trauma.
Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is a powerful, experiential style therapy combining several methods into one approach. Using a variety of subtle hypnotherapy techniques, imagery, mindfulness, metaphors and philosophical perspectives, clients are led through a process designed to shift the way the mind processes information, in a short timeframe.
Unlike traditional talk therapy methods, Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) works by engaging both the conscious and subconscious mind simultaneously. This creates shifts that feel natural and automatic, rather than forced or analytical. Because of this, results are often lasting and effortless.

Change is more automatic. Depending on the issue being addressed, there are different protocols available within RRT.
Clinical
Hypnotherapy
03
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a century old, clinically recognized treatment method for resolving troubling thoughts, feelings and behaviours. In modern times it remains one of the most powerful ways to create automatic and lasting change in terms of unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Unlike stage hypnosis seen for entertainment, Clinical Hypnotherapy is a precise, evidence-based tool that helps rewire patterns at the subconscious root-level where lasting change can happen. Clinical Hypnotherapy can be useful for trauma, relapse prevention and many other issues.
RRT, NLP, conversational hypnosis, and Eriksonian Hypnosis are drawn from, to address any issue from relapse prevention to trauma, to relationship patterns.
Somatic Therapy heals trauma and memories stored stored within the body. The nervous system learns how to respond based on experiences throughout childhood and life, creating somatic (physical body) reactions that can dysregulate us.
By developing new awareness of these bodily sensations, clients learn lifelong skills to recognize and interrupt trauma responses, before they escalate. You are left with a felt sense of safety at the cellular level, that no amount of talk therapy can achieve.

Learning how to regulate your nervous system through body awareness is one of the most important skills you can learn, and take with you for the rest of your life.
EMDR
Therapy
05
EMDR stands for Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing and is a world renowned method in psychotherapy today. This 8-step process identifies areas of stuckness and neutralizes the charge that has been causing the disruption in your life.
Through specific eye-movements while following a light, or by using the “butterfly” technique, some clients find this method to be painless and quick, while others can experience a more lengthy process through the 8 steps. EMDR is recognized by the World Health Organization for PTSD treatment and it is well-known for effectiveness virtually.
Using bilateral (side-to-side) eye movements, while reflecting upon the past trauma, the brain begins to instantly heal itself.
IFS, or Internal Family Systems, is a world renowned method for reframing your daily experiences, emotions and thoughts in a way that feels more compassionate and healing. By understanding how different reactions, emotions, thoughts or memories are "parts" of you (but not actually YOU), this opens the door for interacting with them differently.
IFS creates a lifelong framework for understanding the inner world with curiosity rather than self-criticism. It often creates transformational shifts for clients, heals inner child wounds with precision, and improves relationships by understanding your own patterns.

Accelerated Resolution
Therapy
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a revolutionary method that mixes components of EMDR with neuroscience grounding. Using several techniques, clients are led through a process to quickly and painlessly clear trauma or troubling memories.
